Absolutely! Balms by Billie was actually created with little ones in mind. Our formula is non-toxic, gentle and safe for the whole family including young children and sensitive skin.

With regular daily use each balm lasts approximately 6 months. A little goes a long way!

Every balm is carefully handmade in small batches in Victoria, Australia.

It's simple! Once you select the 'Personalised' option in the product drop down, a name box will appear for each balm and quantity. Just type in the name you'd like printed on each one and we'll take care of the rest.

Please double check all names carefully before placing your order as we print exactly what is entered. If you notice an error please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before your order goes to print.

Personalised name labels are available for just $4.95 per balm.

Absolutely! Simply select your quantity and fill in each name in the name fields. For very large orders please feel free to contact us directly at orders@balmsbybillie.com.au and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly.

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Personalised orders may take an additional 1–2 business days as each label is made to order.

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately personalised balms are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving in a hot car as the balms can melt in high temperatures especially in an Aussie summer!
