Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, just as you received them. For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on used items.

Please note that personalised items are final sale and can’t be returned.

We also don’t accept change-of-mind returns, and sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

If you’d like to request a return, simply email us at returns@balmsbybillie.com.au and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, we’ll let you know how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
